3. If you're a returning customer, simply use your older login details to connect your new account to your previous one, so your points and preferences are carried over!

Before you start browsing and adding items to your cart, you'll be prompted to choose a location. This ensures that the products, promotions, and availability you see are tailored to the store you select. It’s a quick step that ensures you're always shopping from the right place—whether you're picking up in-store or placing a delivery order.

Additionally, while you'll need a separate login for each store location, you can still use the same login credentials for both.

To view your account information and order history, simply click the person icon in the top right corner of the website. From there, you’ll have access to all your account details, past orders, and more. You’ll also find the heart icon right next to it, which takes you directly to your favorited products. It’s the perfect way to revisit your favorite items and easily reorder them when the time comes.

Adding products to your favorites is simple. While browsing, just click the heart icon next to any product that catches your eye, and it’ll be saved to your favorites list. This makes it easy to keep track of your top picks and quickly return to them without having to search again.

Whether you’re looking to reorder past favorites or keep tabs on new products you love, our new features help you stay on top of your shopping experience.

Live Order Status: Stay Updated Every Step of the Way

We know how important it is to stay in the loop about your orders. That’s why we've added a live order status feature that lets you track your orders in real-time, from when they’re placed all the way to delivery or pickup.

To check the status of your current or past orders, simply click the person icon in the top right corner of the website. From there, click on Order History to see all of your past orders. Then, click on your most recent order to view its detailed status. You’ll be able to see exactly where your order is in the process, whether it's being prepared, out for delivery, or ready for pickup.

In addition to live updates on the website, you’ll also receive order status notifications via email. This way, you’ll be informed of any changes or updates to your order, so you always know what’s going on.

With this new feature, you’ll never have to wonder where your order is again—we’ve got you covered every step of the way.
